Terms of Consent:

  1. Consent to be physically touched in a BDSM / Sexual manner in accordance to the experience and what is verbally negotiated with your facilitator. 

  2. Using the following safewords "Yellow" (ease up) and "Red" (stop) or whatever Safeword the facilitator or you agree upon. 

  3. That at any time a facilitator may ask you to leave the play space at our sole discretion without any reason or warning. 

  4. You are entering the play space at YOUR own risk and accept any results as such. Facilitators are not responsible for any injury (physical, mental, or emotional) from your experience. You waive, release, discharge, and covenants not to sue the facilitator, event producers, promoters, directors, or staff from all or any liability resulting in injury, illness, loss of life, whether it is due to the negligence, fault, or intentional acts of facilitator, event producer, promoter, directors, or any staff or other person. 

  5. You do not have any underlying physical or mental health conditions that may be activated from your experience. (ie. Heart Pacemaker, Pregnancy). 

  6. As an event space: photos or videos may or may not be taken by crowd members or onsite staff. We are not in control or responsible for this media. 

  7. Your email is used as a follow up for your experience and send you more information about us. 

  8. You are over the Legal Age of 18+ (as per Admission Requirements) and are voluntarily entering this experience under your own volition and accord.

  • F: Your consent is "freely" given, demonstrating your independent choice in this matter. Your participation is not influenced by external pressures, friends, or coercion.

 

  • I: You are giving "informed" consent, ensuring that you agree you have received all the necessary information.

 

  • R: Consent is "revocable" in this context, meaning you have the right to withdraw at any time.You can use the following safewords: "Red" (stop) and "Yellow" (ease up).

 

  • E: You give "enthusiastic" consent based on your expressed level of interest and comfort.

 

  • S: You agree to the "specific" range of tools as discussed prior to your experience or in line with your specific interests.
